Attorney Jesse P. Marchan is a proud product of U.S. immigration. As such, he provides his clients with a unique understanding of the U.S. immigration process. He is a graduate of the Silliman University College of Law and is licensed to practice law in the State of Louisiana and the Philippines. Mr. Marchan has over 13 years of combined legal experience. His current practice is devoted exclusively to U.S. Immigration and Nationality Law. He started his career as an immigration attorney in 2002 with the Houston, Texas immigration law firm of Meliton B. Garraton & Associates. Prior to his relocation to the United States, Mr. Marchan was a legislative consultant at the Office of Senator Agapito A. Aquino, Senate of the Philippines. He was also a litigation attorney at the Makati law firm of Remollo, Melocoton & Associates. Mr. Marchan is a member of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP), Louisiana State Bar Association (LSBA) and the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).

Attorney Meliton B. Garraton has been practicing U.S. Immigration & Nationality Law since 1989. He is licensed & admitted to practice law in the State of Louisiana, the United States District Court of the Southern District of Texas & the United States District Court of the Eastern District of Louisiana. His practice outside the State of Louisiana is exclusively devoted to immigration and nationality law. He is presently the President of the Philippine-American Bar Association based in Houston, Texas and member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
