U.S. Immigration Law is federal and applies equally to all states and all U.S. consulates abroad. Most immigration filings are done by mail and in most cases do not require personal appearance of attorneys. This allows us to effectively represent clients from virtually all over the country and the world.

Although the firm can provide immigration assistance and counsel for most types of immigration issues, we have limited the scope of our practice to family and employment based immigration in order to better serve our clients. We do not handle cases involving political asylum or deportation.

Non-Immigrant Visas
Examples of non-immigrant visas we obtain for clients:

The firm currently represents individual and business clients throughout the United States. Representative clients include public school districts, medical facilities, information technology, and staffing firms recruiting workers for underserved areas.
